Class descriptions

acro & tumbling

Acrobatics involves intricate, controlled movements that often combine balance, strength, and flexibility. This can include partner work, such as lifting and balancing, or tumblindividual feats like handstands and contortion. Acrobatics is about precision and coordination, using both body mechanics and partner support to perform lifts, poses, and sequences.

Tumbling focuses on floor-based acrobatic movements, including flips, rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and various other dynamic, high-energy skills. It emphasizes speed, power, and fluidity of movement. Tumblers build strength, flexibility, and control while working on form and technique for fast, explosive actions.

calisthenic training

Calisthenics is bodyweight training that builds real strength, control, and endurance using movements like push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and core work. It doesn’t require machines or heavy equipment—just your body, space to move, and consistency. Calisthenics improves functional fitness, mobility, and coordination, making everyday movement easier and more efficient. It’s scalable for all levels, from total beginners to advanced athletes, and can be done anywhere.

Strong. Mobile. Limitless.

flexibility training

Flexibility training isn’t just about touching your toes—it’s about moving well, feeling strong, and staying injury-free. By increasing your range of motion, you support healthier joints, improve posture, and make everyday movements more efficient and comfortable.

Whether you're dancing, lifting, training, or simply getting up off the floor, flexible muscles and mobile joints help you move with more ease, control, and confidence. It’s a foundation for strength, balance, and long-term physical health.
