    Side Aerial Workshop

    9-12 years | 3:00-4:30PM 13 + years | 4:30-6:00PM

    Students looking to advance side aerial skills by learning proper form and technique with progressions through levels of difficulty, starting with foundational movements like cartwheels and handstands, gradually building up to the full aerials.

    Elevate your performance over the Holiday Break with our nontraditional, outside-the-box training program designed to enhance agility, mobility, flexibility, and functional strength. The Athlete Mobility Program offers three specialized acrobatic and conditioning classes that athletes can take individually or as part of a discounted bundle.

    Two Program Options:

    - Purchase 5 Class Bundle for maximum training & savings - Pick and choose individual classes that fit their schedule throughout the break.
